I have not given any thought to "ground" recipes since I started Atkins. I rarely eat anything ground. But I delved into my files and came up with this idea for you.

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1/2 pound turkey Italian sausage [if you can find it] casings removed
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup "Keto Crumbs" or [pork rinds if you dare- I wouldn't]
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, divided
1 tablespoon mix of dried basil and parsely [or to taste- I would use a little more]
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; or two minced garlic cloves if you prefer [I do]
1/2 teaspoon salt
Fresh ground black pepper to taste [use lots]
2 cups finely chopped fresh tomato [or canned if you must]
Liberal pinch of cayenne pepper [enhances flavor
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sausage, eggs, Keto crumbs, onion and cream. Season with 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, the herbs, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Mix well and form into a loaf. Place into a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a separate small bowl, mix together the tomatoes, cayenne, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Spread over the entire loaf. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
